« L'hôtesse d'accueil à notre arrivée a été irrespectueuse et absolument pas aidante, ce qui n'a pas aidé à démarrer de manière positive.
Lors de notre séjour, le jacuzzi était en panne et la piscine a été en maintenance une journée complète. Aucun dédommage n'a été proposé, alors que ces deux éléments avaient guidé notre choix pour cet hôtel.
Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais l'hôtel ne propose que de la vaisselle jetable (des assiettes aux couverts en passant par des gobelets) ce qui est...

« The room was clean and nice. However the staff gave my room keys to a couple and I was resting in my room when all the sudden people are trying to get into my room. When I got up and opened the door they were just as shocked as me. They showed me the keys they were given and sure enough it had my room number on it.
They apologized and went back to the desk. Then when I went down to talk to the front desk they told me they never gave room keys to my room and went on and on about how it didn’t...

« la plupart des chambres sont sans fenêtre extérieur, mais cela, on ne le sait qu'après avoir réservé et sans possibilité d'annuler.
La chambre était poussiéreuse, bien sûr sans fenêtre, d'une superficie inférieure à ce qui est annoncé, bref avec un confort plus que médiocre.
Le seul élément positif, est le restaurant qui jouxte l'hôtel, qui est lui très bien. La prochaine fois je reviendrai dans ce restaurant mais je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel

« The hotel was nice. Cindy at the front desk was sweet and polite. My only issue is that there were 5 in our party and Expedia said this room would fit 5. I assumed there would be a pull-out couch for the 5th person but there were only 2 queens. Needless to say, our night was less than comfortable. I think the fault is with Expedia and not the hotel. »

Cet établissement sert d'hébergement à de pauvres gens dans une situation précaire. Quasiment rien à manger au petit déjeuner et des gamins qui courent partout.
